Our trilingual staff (Polish, English, French) is ready to help you with any issue: booking the table in the restaurant, booking trips to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka or Auschwitz-Birkenau, visits in Krakow, printing your boarding passes and many more.

Our reception is open 24/7.

You have a possibility to have an excellent breakfast, served in our Restaurant La Fontaine from 7am till 11am as a buffet.
The price is 8 EUR (35 PLN) per person per day. We offer a large choice of products suited to all tastes: scrambled eggs, hot sausages, several types of ham and cheese, fruit salad, cakes, cornflakes, fruit juices, milk, yoghurts, etc.

The bar located in our restaurant, and built in the XIII-century cellars, is open from 12am until the last guest.

We will be happy to offer our tips and services that will meet your needs.

At the arrival, our Hotel provides transfer from the Airport (1-3 people: 90 PLN, 4-8 people 150 PLN).

Also we organize daytrips to Auschwitz-Birkenau (160PLN), Wieliczka Salt Mine (155PLN), Zakopane mountains, Nowa Huta Tour, Cracow Old Town Walking Tour, local events such as Folk Show and many more.

Just behind the reception desk, we’ve got a luggage storage available for any Guest free of charge. If you are waiting for the bus or train, don’t hesitate to leave your luggage in the hotel.
