General Provisions a. These regulations define the rules for using the B&B La Fontaine Aparthotel. b. The regulations apply to all guests staying on the premises. c. By making a reservation or checking in at the hotel, you accept these terms and conditions. d. The facility provides services in accordance with the category and standard specified in the offer.
Hotel stay a. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Extending the check-in time is possible subject to apartment availability and upon prior arrangement with the reception desk. An unreported extension of stay after 11:00 AM will result in a fee for another day.
Reservation and check-in a. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. b. Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of the required prepayment. c. Guests are required to present an ID document upon check-in. d. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals: – under the influence of alcohol or drugs, – behaving aggressively or threatening the safety of others.
Payments and Cancellations a. The fee is specified in the booking confirmation. b. In the event of a cancellation, the terms and conditions stated in the offer apply. c. Early departure from the apartment does not entitle you to a refund for unused days.
Quiet hours and guest behavior a. Quiet hours are in effect on the premises from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. b. The behavior of guests and visitors should not disturb the peaceful stay of others. c. The facility may refuse to continue providing services to persons who violate the regulations.
Guest Responsibility a. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the property resulting from their fault or the fault of their companions. b. If any damage is found, the property reserves the right to charge the guest for the appropriate repair or cleaning costs. c. The Aparthotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of items left in the apartment.
Prohibitions a. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in the apartment. b. The use of heating devices, irons, or electric kettles that are not included in the apartment’s equipment is prohibited. Parties or events are not permitted in the apartment without the consent of the property manager. Pets are allowed in the property only by prior arrangement.
Facility Liability a. The property is responsible for items brought in by guests in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. In the event of a breakdown, the facility will make every effort to repair it as quickly as possible. c. The property is not responsible for any interruptions in the supply of electricity, water, internet, or other services beyond the property’s control.
Personal data a. Guests’ personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR for the purpose of providing accommodation services.
Final Provisions a. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. b. The regulations are available on the facility’s website. c. The guest accepts the regulations upon booking or check-in.
